Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns, exchanges and refunds are accepted in the following cases:

  • Should you wish to return a product, you will need to log a return request via email (contact-us@livinstylebw.com) or the contact form(https://livinstylebw.com/pages/contact-us) and we will arrange to collect the item from you within 3-10 working days.
  • Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns of mattresses.
  • In all cases:
    • Proof of purchase is required.
    • The goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Without such the seller cannot guarantee a full refund.
    • Proof of date of delivery is required, unless product weren’t received. 
    • Refunds will be at our discretion and no refunds will be considered after 7 days from purchase. NO CASH REFUNDS.

 

  • You must return the goods to LIVIN Style’s warehouse if you did a collection. If you had taken a delivery then LIVIN Style will then arrange for the pick of the unit from the same address on the invoice.

 

  • Product received damaged or incorrect product received:
    • Notify the seller, with a return request, of the defect/error within 3 days of receiving the product.
    • Pictures of the defect(s) are required.
    • Proof of purchase is required.
    • Once the defect has been confirmed:
      • Return shipping of the product(s) will be paid for by the seller,
      • Refunds or an exchange will be processed at our discretion.
    • Please retain all products packaging, as the seller cannot guarantee a full refund without the packaging.

 

  • Non-Deliveries
    • We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7(seven) days from the expected delivery date.

 

  • Product received late:
    • The purchaser shall not be entitled to cancel the contract simply because the estimated date of delivery had not been met, without a written demand to the seller to affect delivery. The above-mentioned demand must give the seller 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the letter by him to make such delivery.
    • Only customers who requested a specified delivery date will be able to claim full refund for late delivery:
      • Refunds will only be processed after the product has been received and checked by the dispatcher.
    • Should any delays occur, the seller will inform the customer and offer the customer the chance to withdraw or continue.
      • Should the customer decide to withdraw: the customer would be eligible for a full refund.
      • Should the customer decide to continue: the seller and customer will agree on a delivery time frame. 

 

  • Changed mind, wrong size or other reasons:
    • Details of the product size and dimensions are displayed on the website or available on request and therefore the seller can not accept return of products that are the wrong size.
    • Should the products have any defects that were not present at the time of delivery and do not fall under the product’s warranty, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the products.
    • Notify the seller of your intention to return or exchange the product(s) within 7 days of receiving the product(s)
    • The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be checked for any defects, wear and tear.
    • Please retain all product packaging, as the seller cannot guarantee a full refund if the product is not in its original condition and packaging.

 

  • All clearance sales and discounted/promotional product(s):
    • Are often limited or last of the stock: 
      • Therefore it is possible that replacements are unavailable.
    • Can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase (no refunds will be issued after):
      • Must be returned with original packaging,
      • Proof of purchase is required.

 

  • Cancellations:
    • You may in certain instances cancel your order. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery, call us or email us to do so. If you cancel an order and the goods have already left the LIVIN Style warehouse, you will be liable for the delivery fee and a cancellation fee of 10% of the price of the goods. We can only process refunds once we have confirmed that the goods have been returned to our warehouse. If cancellation of an order is initiated by us, no cancellation fees will be payable.   • Guarantees
    • All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s guarantee. No further or additional warranties or undertakings will be given by us in regard to the goods.
  • Factory guarantees will be handled as follows:
    • The seller undertakes to assist the purchaser in the event of guaranteed claims.
    • The purchaser will, however, be responsible to deliver the damaged articles to the seller’s premises and to collect the articles again after they have been repaired.
    • The purchaser will, not on request, do the collection and redelivery of repaired articles, but the normal delivery fees will be paid by the purchaser.
    • 20% handling charges of total purchase price will be charged on all cancelled orders.
    • PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN CASE YOU HAVE ANY REASON TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE.
    • Faulty goods must be returned to us at the clients own cost for inspection and testing. Faulty goods will be swapped out if returned within 7 days from purchase, if the purchase exceeds 7 days the item will be sent to the manufacturer for repairs or replacement.
    • LIVIN Style will evaluate the defect and honor warranties if:
      • The defect existed at the time of delivery or collection and manifested during the warranty period;
      • The defect did not arise due to normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse by the customer;
      • The customer duly complied with the care instructions and maintenance.
    • PLEASE NOTE THAT NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING WHICH IS SET OUT ABOVE, IN ORDER TO SUCCESSFULLY OBTAIN AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR FAULTY GOODS THE GOODS MUST BE RETURNED COMPLETE WITH ALL ACCESSORIES IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING.

 

  • Disclaimer
    • The seller reserves the right to decline a full refund if the above conditions are not met.
    • Returns to us will be at your expense. If we, for some reason pay the costs relating to any return by you, we shall be entitled to claim a refund of any such payment form you and you shall refund any and all amounts to us on demand. We do not accept returns unless the goods supplied by us are in their original packaging and have not been opened by you.
    • Notwithstanding what is set out above, we advise that all returns will be at our discretion and you will not be entitled in any way to dispute or query our discretion, once exercised by us.
    • Subject to what is recorded under this returns policy clause, if returns are received by us after 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, we will not be obliged to accept the returned goods for the purpose at all.

 

  • Please note that our Customer Care Department will be closed between 20 December 2021 – 11 January 2022, regrettably, no refunds will be processed during this time. The first Friday on which refunds will be processed is 14 January 2022. We apologise for any inconvenience.
