Customers can either make their own arrangements to collect from our Tlokweng warehouse or, at the current time LIVIN Style is in a position to arrange deliveries to Gaborone and the nearby surrounding areas, such as, Mogoditshane, Phakalane, Metsimotlhaba, Gabane, Ramotswa and Mochudi.
Every effort will be made to expand this service, but this does not mean that customers cannot either come to collect for themselves or make their own arrangements for collection.
DELIVERIES
A FEE IS CHARGED FOR ALL DELIVERIES. The cost of delivery will be reflected on the appropriate invoice in accordance with the prevailing LIVIN Style policy. The delivery will not be approved to leave the warehouse until full payment of the goods and delivery fees have been received.
Delivery starts at a minimum rate of P120 for the Tlokweng area.

10 – 14 business days: Out of Stock
These delivery terms apply to deliveries within the borders of Botswana. Currently our couriers only deliver to the greater area of Gaborone.
LIVIN Style will contact the customer once the order and delivery address is received. LIVIN Style will confirm availability and delivery cost, and then to arrange delivery on any weekday between 09h00 and 16h00. No deliveries will be made during weekends or on public holidays. Reasonable endeavours will be made to deliver the product(s) on the arranged date. No times for delivery can be specified.
Delays
Circumstances that are unforeseen or beyond LIVIN Style’s control may result in changes to the agreed delivery date and time of which the customer will be emailed and/or telephonically informed and alternative arrangements will be made.
Any dates and/or times specified for the delivery of goods are approximations only. LIVIN Style shall aim to let you know if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Failure to meet approximate delivery dates and/or times will not be grounds for the customer to cancel the sale.
Non-Deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 (five) days from the expected delivery date.
Risk
All risk in the Product shall pass to you upon delivery (and/or collection), except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the Product.
Receiving the Delivery
Please note that some of the delivery vehicles are large. Please make sure that your property has the necessary means of access at the time of payment. Please discuss any special delivery instructions with your LIVIN Style consultant.
LIVIN Style will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
The customer must ensure that the place of delivery is accessible; that the product delivered can fit into lifts, staircases or through doors, and that all the relevant areas have been cleared prior to delivery. This includes the removal of breakable objects. Our delivery crew is not permitted to rearrange your furniture or clear areas in preparation for delivery. The delivery crew is not permitted to move or take away with them any of your unwanted items. It is your responsibility to remove all items of value from the delivery areas/site and that your pets and small children are secured in a safe location away from the delivery site. We do not take responsibility for any items claimed to be missing or damaged during or following a delivery. Our delivery crews are instructed to not attempt delivery where damages may occur. Unfortunately, they cannot remove doors or windows, or reconnect electrical equipment.
No products will be hoisted over balconies or through windows. Should hoisting be required, the customer will arrange this at his own cost. The customer accepts the risk of all damages that may result due to non-compliance by the customer.
LIVIN Style reserves the right to charge for re-delivery should the customer (or collection proxy) not be at the delivery address on the date that has been agreed on and the delivery agent cannot contact you.
Inspection of Goods
The customer is required to make sure there is a responsible person at the delivery address to inspect products on delivery. The customer or the person accepting delivery on behalf of the customer (proxy) will be required to sign a proof of delivery (POD). Unless indicated to the contrary on the POD, it is deemed that the product has been delivered and received in good condition and, where appropriate, in accordance with the customer’s specifications.
Goods will not be left at the delivery address without a signature (and delivery pin code).
In the case of products received/delivered incomplete, the customer is required to notify LIVIN Style in writing (e.g. email or message) within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Installation
We do not affect installation and accordingly, none of our prices include installation.
PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
LIVIN Style offers free assembly of products bought from LIVIN Style when products are delivered by LIVIN Style’s delivery service or pre-assembled at collection.
Product assembly by customers is not recommended. Should you opt to assemble products, LIVIN Style takes no responsibility for any damage to the goods or personal injury you or anyone else may suffer if you choose to assemble the products yourself. Such items will not be considered for returns or refunds.

We will not be liable for any injuries or financial loss from accidents related to the order or loss of time and monies resulting from delays, non-deliveries and/or wrong delivery.
Collections
Only at our Tlokweng Warehouse can furniture be collected. Lead time from our warehouse is dependent on stock availability. Please ask your store consultant to advise you on lead times. Unfortunately, no collection at the warehouse will be allowed without prior arrangement. Once goods and collection fee (where applicable) are paid in full, the store will arrange and confirm the collection with the customer.
Please produce the original invoice and your special collection pin code in order for LIVIN Style to release the product.
Please inspect the items on collection and make sure that you sign the POD (proof of delivery). If you do not indicate any product defects on the POD, it will be assumed that stock was received in good order and in accordance with product specifications.
The following collection times apply to LIVIN Style’s Warehouse:
Monday to Friday: 10h30 – 12h00 and 14h00 – 16h00
Saturday: 10h30 – 12h00
No collection on Sundays or public holidays
LIVIN Style will not in any way be liable for damage that may occur after the products have been handed to the customer or person collecting on behalf of the customer or during the loading and conveyance thereof. All risk in the Product shall pass to you upon collection (and/or delivery). It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a suitable collection vehicle is utilised in order to accommodate the size of the product in an upright position and that it is loaded and secure to prevent damage.
The customer is also responsible for supplying the necessary consumables e.g. rope and blankets to stabilise the product during transportation.

STORAGE FACILITIES
LIVIN Style does not offer storage facilities. In the event of a purchase not being collected or delivered within 10 days after the customer has been notified that it is available for collection or delivery, a storage fee of P250 (two hundred and fifty Pula) per day will be charged to the customer’s account. This storage fee must be settled in full prior to the delivery and release of the product.
